Getting ready for Buford an Calhoun. Griffin was booming kicks in warm ups. From 52 it was right down the middle and still hit the seats! Was booming punts high an far as well. Dillion and Freitag look very big and impressive! Freitag caught 2 passes that was around 35, 40 yards on the sidelines one handed and made it look easy. Kirby Smart is here and down on the field. Seen some Vandy coaches as well.

Thanks for the update!. Wander if Griffith could punt while he's at Bama too. I know that's rare though.

I truly hope that he is the answer to our kicking woes. But, didn't our current kicker on the roster boom kicks the same in High School....even many from well over 50 yards? and maybe even 60 a time or two?
I guess it may really be hard to judge how these kids are going to do at the next level when they have shown a great leg in High School??? Do they still get to use a T in high school on field goals? That would explain a lot if they do and I really can't remember right now?

They do get to use a tee, but from my understanding, Griffith has not used one for quite a long time...This could be a big plus for the young man and Alabama

Griffith from 41 yards was wide right! Was a bomb just missed. Looked good to me but ref said no. Freitag looks good blocking so far pancake on 1st play for buford. Vadal looks like a road grader.

Guys, I'm sitting right where he kicked that last one from 46 yards. It would have been good from 70 easy. It was still climbing from 46!

It maybe because of the spread O calhoun plays that make Lee look out of place or just me but He doesn't look like an Alabama LB to me at all.
