Pay attention to Gradyjr, ethanm, and the staff for team stuff. Previous posters with good info include signusup and morgan holder. I am not sure why they dont post anymore. There are some posters like heatheatheat that have info on specific recruits (Tyren Jones).

Being an "insider" is so silly. This gets discussed so often. There is no real insider into the program unless Mal himself posts on this board. That said, people do know coaches, their wives, etc. I mean they are humans who have lives.
I once posted that one of our players had his knee scoped (on the old BOL site) because I knew the nurse who was there and was absolutely flamed for it because I wouldn't post how I knew. Kinda a big deal doctors/nurses revealing patient info...
Anyway it's all fun until people take message board posts as 100% fact. Hell even ESPN missed things from time to time. (Rich Rod to Bama). Did that mean they were just "trolling the Bama nation" or did they report info that managed to change later...
