I guess there's still a chance he wakes up a changes his mind, but you can read the tea leaves and speak to enough sources to know that there's a 99% chance he is announcing for FSU -- that is good enough for me to be matter of fact on the situation.
Lastly, it is our job at BOL to identify who the prospects are, report on their careers and predict and announce where they are going to school. We are not working for the prospects or the schools -- just doing our jobs of being good reporters without compromising the wishes of the players. We haven't compromised anything with Winston. It's just very clear that he's announcing for FSU and there's no reason for BOL to act like we don't know ;-)
