Matthew Thomas: Trying to Think of the Right Way to Word This

I love Reuben Foster, think he's the truth, and don't doubt that he will have a significant 3-year impact on whichever school he chooses. He seems to be a great kid, hard worker and truly loves the game. Whoever ends up with him will be truly lucky.
Having said that, I'm not sure Matthew Thomas doesn't have a little more upside than Reuben. I don't think he's the same Day 1 Starter type that RF is; but given his length, pass rush ability and general room for growth, I truly think the sky is the limit with this kid. I don't know if we are truly his leader, as he has stated, as it's still very early in the process but if we are that is something to be extremely excited about.
What I'm saying is that if it gets to the point that RF is truly gone, and I sincerely hope that day never comes as he is one of my favorite recruits OAT, I really hope we aren't too late for Matthew Thomas. He is no consolation prize.

MT is a great prospect and I'd LOVE to get him regardless, think he's a multi year contributor for whoever gets him. Having said that, I think RF has a higher ceiling than any LB I've ever seen. I would HATE to lose him, he'd be an all time great for us. I think RF sticks with us and I'd love to somehow pull MT

Mathew Thomas will be a high draft pick someday, but RF is going to be legendary...wherever he goes.

agree. foster is sick sick sick..just a tad short but thats not a huge deal until the nfl draft

Reuben Foster has the greatest film I have ever seen. I don't think I have ever seen a LB with a higher ceiling.
