Mike Dubose: One of My favorites and heres why

1. Heck of a defensive guru. Had some of the best schemes I've ever seen.
2. Likable guy. Met him several times an he was very genuine and loved the history of college football.
He did fail as Alabama's head coach As he fell into the trap of not keeping his finger on every aspect of the program. He is apart of Alabama history and he did have a few accomplishments we could all be proud of.

I rank him about on Mike Price level as strictly a head coach. Mike Price embarassed Alabama "off the field" but never had the chance to embarass Bama "on the field." Dubose did both. His work as a player and assistant coach is commendable though.
