Most parity in a college basketball season ever?

  • #3 Michigan just went down to unranked Wisconsin. There have been so many upsets of top teams this year (Indiana recently, Kansas a couple times, Duke, Michigan). Is this the most parity we've ever seen in college hoops?

Should make for an extremely interesting tournament. Could be the first year we see a 16 knock off a 1 seed. Makes it a real bummer that Bama has decided to take what should be a talented and dangerous team to the NIT instead of the big dance.

Still Bama fans expect Anthony Grant to go 8-1 through the mid point of the SEC season and win by 20 points over Arkansas and Texas A&m..

  • I'm usually into it by this time, but don't care one bit to watch. Right now, I'm finding myself pissed off that golf telecast is being delayed due to bball.

  • Parity is one way to put it. I prefer to call it shitty basketball.

  • Growing up in the 90s and very early 2000s watching college basketball was so much enjoyable than it is today. Talent is down and less exciting. Duke, UConn, UNC, Syracuse, UCLA etc.....had great exciting/talented players and teams. I've sadly lost interest but I still at least try to keep up with as much as possible. Sadly I don't know who's considered the top player in college basketball and if Cody Zeller is considered the top guy (he's a very solid college player) then that's rather disappointing.

  • When all the best players go 1&done to the NBA its only natural for the game to suck. No chance for it to get better until they change it. Thank God CFB is still 3 yrs.
