No, he said they "MAY have given LSU their best game of the year." He wasn't saying it as fact, but just raising it as a possibility. It's still somewhat of a head-scratcther though, you're right about that.

LSU was up 20 pts on Oregon with 20 seconds left in the game. Hell Mississippi State was a tougher game for them, that is just retarded even as a maybe.

Musberger is an idiot. I have never liked his broadacting. Even when Bama isn't playing and he's calling the game, he's nauseating. I really can't think of many that I really like alot, but he is one of the worst.
