Some of these names look liek they came out of a comic book. Rush Propst? Shula? Crowton? Bobo? I think if it isnt an internal promotion we go off the grid.

Glad you know better than Coach Saban. However, even though Coach Saban's decision will not be as good as your decision would be, I will gladly accept his decision.
And before I get the obligatory, this is a message board for discussion, I have no problem with a "I'd rather have candidate X than candidate Y, but I don't like the "I'm going to go throw up now".

This, and IMO it will end up being the worst hire possible short term, but he could end up a decent OC.
By short term I mean we could make a big splash and maybe pull JW, TJ Yeldon, Mike Davis, or some other offensive players we wouldn't normally be in on. If we promote Groh the recruits will think "just more of the same".

Where did these names come from? This looks like a hodgepodge of candidates with loose ties to the program or people within the the program. Do you have a source on the matter or is this pure speculation

I'm amazed CNS does not consult all of us on BOL so he will know who to select--how dare he?? (g) I really believe he has known who it will be for a while now even though CJMc is just now departing. Guess CJMc may not be there on Jan 9th.
