Im usually a TM guy I use a burner driver now how is the tuning on the head? It's good to have options just don't want complicated adjustments.

I just bought the Ping i20. Love the matte finish. Love the sound. The stock stiff shaft was horrible, got the Project X 6.5 put in it.

Interesting, first person I've heard say that. I know some hardcore titleist purests that play only Titleist for everything but driver

I've liked my new Rocketballz.

Yeah I'm +12 handicap I demoed a titelist and sprayed it everywhere. Even the guy told me its for scratch golfers who shape shots not for someone who is trying to hit fairways more. Lookin for forgiveness with a pop. I usually drive it 240-260 range with my burner now.

Make sure you try a Ping G20 before you buy anything else.

I just bought a new driver myself..I demo'd alot..I am about a 7 handicap or so..The 3 I would definitely trying at your handicap are...Rocketballz, G20, and Callaway RazrHawk....It came down to RBZ and the RazrHawk for me and I opted for the Callaway...I hooked the G20 too much even on the neutral setup.

The best thing is to go for a fitting with a certified club fitter. I went to Golf Tec thinking I would buy a Callaway RazrHawk, Ping G20, or TM R11. As it turned out, after testing several drivers, I actually hit the Adams F11 further and straighter.

Unfortunately, golfer's games and swings are all so different. The same driver, irons, or even golf ball is not the best for everyone. I will play a pro v1 if I find it, but do not buy them. I actually hit the Bridgestone E6, Bridgestone RX or TM Penta balls better. I will say the Titleist Velocity ball is really long (at least for me), but you will sacrifice some spin and feel.

I have the Burner superfast 2.0 TP and like it a lot. My Rocketballz 5 wood is crazy hot. I swear when I turn on it i can hit it as far as my driver.

Everyone I've talked to says the new rocketballz driver is the best driver out in a long time.

I hit the rocketballz driver and I wasn't overly impressed. It's long, but has a dead feel to it. It's really not much longer than my TM Burner HT that's about 3 years old. The Cleveland Launcher is as long as any of the other mentioned driver in this thread. Go to GeekGolf.com and look at the fail safe driver there. Alot of people like it better than all of the big market drivers and they're longer than the others too.
