It's from two years ago when Kiehl Frazier was a senior at Shiloh HS in Arkansas. Great video. I found it on Hulu Plus. Watch it if you can. The video talks a lot about Kiehl and how heavily recruited he was by virtually every team in the country. He chose Auburn.
His family moved to Springdale, AR because of the opportunities Shiloh Christian offered his son. They spent most of their income improving his playing ability and displaced their family because of his potential to make it to the NFL. I forgot how heavily recruited he was and his predicted future by virtually all college scouts. The video showed his potential and how everyone anticipated how great he would be in college. They even said, "He is a certain Heisman winner in college football."
We know how that turned out for Kiehl. It made me feel terrible for the kid. All that potential and those great expectations pretty much in ruin after his time at Auburn. They took a kid with all the promise and upside in the country and developed him into the laughing stock of SEC QB's who is now essentially 3rd string on their team. Terrible.
Just thought it was interesting. Great video if you can find it. It's on Hulu Plus under the PBS Frontline videos. The name of the video is "Football High."
Or he was just over-hyped. Media tends to do that.
Maybe the hype exceeded his talents.
This is what happens when you throw an unprepared QB in too soon. Good luck kid I'm sure the family is behind you 100%.
