I think we're pretty much a lock for the 8-9 game unfortunately

We'd be lucky to keep it within 20

At the end of the day I don't care where we end up, just ready to see us back in the tourney

I like catching a 1 seed on one day's rest (as long as its not Kentucky)

We will get drilled by any of the potential 1 seeds. Trust me.

That's assuming we grind out a first round win. Which would be fantastic in itself.

I'm not delusional. I'm not saying we would win. But if we have to play a 1 seed, we need to catch them on a day's rest.

Everyone keeps talking about the second game, hell I just wanna win the first game.

I am very interested to see what the committee does with Cincinnati. They have a non conference SOS of 316 and lost 3 games against teams outside the top 100. They make a huge run in the Big East tourny and had some good wins during conference play too. If they penalize them and possibly Notre Dame for poor non conference scheduling and play I think we still have a shot at one of the 7 seeds. Our overall profile is still better than teams like Iowa St, Kansas St, New Mexico. It will also be interesting to see how they handle the mid majors like St. Mary's, Creighton and San Diego St with their SOS numbers over 100 and in SDST's case, their non conference over 200. None of Bama's RPI and SOS numbers, overall and non conference, are over 50. That could play into our favor heavily, as it killed us last year. I feel like we will get banished to the 8/9 seed at this point, but I think our overall profile deserves a 7.

if we got a 7 seed, and made it far enough to play a 1 seed, it would be on a day's rest, so pretty much a 7-10 seed would meet your request
