Except a victim says he did exactly what you said he doesn't need to do. I'd imagine if there was enough conflicting evidence he might not have been arrested. The police obviously thought there was enough ecidence to arrest him. Sometimes we don't know the whole story but sometimes the actions are so ridiculous we don't need to know the whole story. No one is coming forward to offer conflicting testimony at this point. On the surface this looks bad and most likely it is what it is.

Don't know him, but I have seen news stories indicating he has no relationship with his father and a troubled relationship with his mother. I think his mother struggles with mental illness and he slept on the couches of various friends and coaches throughout high school. I didn't have the easiest upbringing, but nothing like that. We all have our struggles and vices. Since I cannot begin to relate to Rolando's life then or now, and since I am hardly without sin, I think I will follow the advice of someone smarter than me and not cast the first stone.
