Didn't see a word about therapy or counseling in your comment, unless I altered it. Once again, you can't back anything you say with true life experience. All you can do is make blind comments based on what you read or a certain opinion that you have formed. I'm not going to argue with an opinion when I am speaking from reality and facts. You don't know the qualifications or the training required by any agency to place a officer inside the schools. You made the ignorant comment about a 21 year old with a GED, or maybe I altered that as well. Most departments have an age restriction for officers to be placed inside the schools. Did you know that to be an SRO you actually have to go through a POST certified SRO school for that? Did you know the job of an SRO is not only to protect the children and teachers, but to interact with them and build a trust between kids and officers? I could give you all the facts in the world to back up every statement I have made, if you want to be educated on the matter. Once again, I will encourage you to interact and get hands on experience before you jump into a debate. Your SWAT team comment's were far from reality, unless you just recently watched SWAT with Colin Farrel. Don't bring opinion and try to state it as fact. You will get called out by people who are more educated on the topic and then all you can do is resort to down votes. Once again, if you want education on the topic...more than willing to offer it based on facts rather than opinion.
