There really isn't anything to debate about. Alabama/LSU are the best 2 teams, period. Both teams would destroy any other team in the top 25. These talking heads are acting like LSU won the game going away. The game came down to 1 or 2 plays.
If we get another chance at them, I believe we will win next time. LSU knows that too and they are scared to death to play us again. They know they were very fortunate to win that game.

There are 3 scenarios:
OkSt loses to Oklahoma (70%) and Standford loses to one of (Oregon, ND, PAC CG) (50%) = 70x50=35% odds
Arky beats LSU and Arky doesn't lose another game and ranks higher BCS than LSU (20%)
LSU loses to GA and One of the teams in 1st scenario loses. (20%)

If you add all this up you get (20+20+35=55%) I'm not a statistics dude but I think that's right. ("and" multiplies and "or" ads) That's how I would handicap our chances of getting back in this thing.

This is Boise's best last team. If you look at the seniors on that team BSU will not be here again for another 3-4 yrs. And that's if they can find another K. Moore. I don't know if they deserve it or not but we're going to have to lose another game and so is UO, not to mention OkSt and Stanford have to lose before they'll get that chance. I do think they are capable of beating everyone but Bama and LSU. Since the rest of the teams don't have that great a defense anything can happen. LSU or Bama versus BSU would be 38-14 at best for them. They don't have the type of defense to compete and one dimensional teams would get destroyed by our defense.

Sorry... but I'm no closet fan. We had a golden shot & blew it! & yes I'm still supporting my fing team! Which I feel still has a shot.

They earned the spot by winning I agree but being better than us I don't believe. Two plays on our part cost us the game. The botched call interception on the 1 that could have went either way and us just making 1 just 1 of our field goal attempts. We shut them down alot more often than they did us we moved the ball well til we got to our 30 and then went backwards. All that seemed to work for LSU is that darn speed option. I really wish we can play them again! Also the play where honey rat closelines k'pat I believe the rat should have been ejected it was very unnecessary!
