Quadricep strain

Anyone ever had this happen? I believe (will find out tomorrow) that I have a grade one or two strain. How long does it take before I can begin running again?

I tore mine in half. It WILL NOT get better unless you rest it. I tore mine 9 years ago and still have to strtech it daily. Good luck.

Gotta have the RICE method on that mofo, maybe a few pain relievers if needed, otherwise just follow doctors orders.

I had a grade 2 from playing softball. Took a good month to get it back to 100% but i kept playing on it. Usually about two-three weeks for full recovery, but if its more severe than that u could be looking at a month or soif u do nothing but rest it...

This is what I've been doing. I don't think it's too bad but its sore as heck. Luckily is wasn't around my knee but a little higher up. Rehab assosicates are great by the way.
