He's just trying to create some stir. Don't let a 17-18 year old ruin your day. I've let that happen one too many times. Besides...2 national championships out of the past 3 years speaks for itself. Relax, we have Saban, we'll be fine people...sheesh.

Hightower was #3 player in state of Tenn. He had more than us and Vandy. Saban has this yes, but not sure about the Hightower part, he wasn't diamond in rough type thing and saban found him. Maybe the linebacker from Fayette County couple years back that supposedly saban offered late and he stuck with or committed to Arkansas State-idk whatever came of him however.

I was saying he had more offers than Alabama and Vandy. Saban is great recruiter obviously. The #1 and #2 in state that year were Barrett jones and Aaron Douglas so wasn't like Hightower was a no-namer, all I was saying. That and didn't understand the RN #1 recruit in nation to saban got Hightower to come here over vandy...which according to poster above was only other offer.
