No flame, but you are wrong.

"Quick history lesson, in the early saw making days collusion and corruption ran rampant in the industry. There were lots of saw makers that were clearly over grading the quality of the saws they were producing, it got so bad that the general public could no longer really tell the grade of the saw they were purchasing so they coined the phrase "grade of saw" when they were skeptical of something. Chances are that if you are the son of a sawmaker you have some criminal activity in your family tree."

The article should have a different title, as it's not really about stadiums (other than the pictures).
And if you're wondering why a Kansas high school stadium is the first listed, the guy wrote a book about that team. I'm guessing that has something to do with it.

It is great as a list of stadiums to read about, maybe even to travel to and sit with friendly fans in a skybox, but not so much to visit. What do you think the odds are he's been to more than 2-3 of them? You think he's actually gone to a high school game in more than a couple of states?
Tradition aside, going to Oxford or Pasadena isn't as charming when you have to deal with their crappy facilities, and I've been to each multiple times. Sanford is nice, but not really special in any way. LSU is imposing to play at, but I haven't found it as nice to visit. When UT was good, Neyland on the river was about as good a blend of stadium noise and a view as you'll ever find (though I still hate them).
Regardless, a list giving weight to tradition and nostalgia over modern design and amenities makes for a good read, but not for such a great visit. Give me Jerry World and BDS any day.
