Just a point of reference.
To the folks concerned with size and weight I offer a few comments.
1. There's a good chance the young man hasn't finished growing.
2. Keep in mind there is a desire to evolve this position away from the Trey Depriest mold and more into a CJ Mosley type.
3. I'm certain the conditioning and nutrition program will make him quicker and more explosive, all while adding mass to his frame.
