This guy has some serious hate built up...

It was making me tense.

Alabama sucks. Not in the sense of a losing team, just in the sense of their identity as a team. And reading the details reminded me of everything I dislike about them.

I don’t care how much they win, I could never imagine recommending my kids go there, even just to attend school.

On Sunday, watching the Bears dismantle — who the heck was that? I’ve already forgotten them — some other pro team, when the starting line-ups mentioned the school they played for, not everyone played for a BIG NC WINNING SCHOOL. Sure, there were at least two LSU players and two for AL, but there were smaller schools, too. Given how many pro players announce they come from schools that never compete for the NCG, I’m convinced that good players don’t have to play at major schools to make it in the pros. And if you don’t HAVE to play at AL or LSU to make it in the NFL, why put yourself through the misery of being coached by Saban?

And, of course, there’s the “enjoying the journey” part of life that I don’t get at all from Saban’s teams. Painful misery until they win a game and then painful misery until the next win."
