Oversigning.com only looks at how close you are to an 85 man roster (they overestimate) versus how many were signed. This punishes teams with low attrition rates, that have kids walking on of their own free will, and are very diligent in monitoring and managing roster numbers.
UGA has signed 97 players over the past 4 years. UA has signed 101. The real difference is that they have a much higher attrition rate than we do, but *we* are the ones who are criticized when we keep more kids in school.
