If you are looking at the hat straight on, the Alabama logo is on the left, the DONE is in the middle and the bcs championship logo is on the right. Reading that left to right, Alabama's defense won the championship. Had LSU won it would've meant the same thing for them. Again, jmo.

The obvious answer is done = finished = over = see ya next year = d-1 football is complete = defense one = stop the loggers = save the rain forest.
So easy to figure out, not sure what the problem is here (G).
