Agreed! I'm also not doubting anyone on the staff, it's just odd more teams have not come after him. He's winning at the highest level in Texas high school football!

I agree with you 100% & Sam Bradford is the best QB to come out of college in many years. Big numbers are great but how many times do you see a QB fold like a cheap suit when the game is on the line. The really good ones lead their team down the field & get the win & that is what Morris did last night. The more I learn about this young man the more excited I get about him Rolling with the Tide. That is the sign of a winning qb...and it's already started on the high school level for this kid. He'll come to us inexperienced but battle tested. We already know that he can handle adversity. Often times, elite prospects get by on talent alone, and rarely have their will tested. So not only do we know this kid has the skills, he's already showing the intangibles that we here at Bama like our qbs to have.

Not a knock on Kiel, and I'd still love to have Kiel in this class if he's willing to come, but I don't sense that level of toughness and perserverance in him that you want in a qb. That's not to say that a good tough coach can't instill those qualities in him, because if anyone can, CNS can.

This is what means the most to me. That and the fact that he's pretty dang good.
