There was a lot of hatred for Coach Bryant as well. The media wasn't as prevalent in our lives then so you didn't have that angle but the hatred was still there. Even as recently as last year, while waiting for a train I overheard some LSU fans saying nasty things about Coach Bryant. And they say we can't forget him -- seems like everyone he beat still bears a grudge. Winners win; losers hate!
