First time I attended one I wasn't expecting much, it was one of the best ones I've witnessed. Lake Seed has some nice cribs too.

It was taken down. It is the same "Saban's lake house is for sale - let's freak out" listing that pops up once a year. I'm not sure who is behind it, but this is the third or fourth time I've seen it since he's been here.
