His english is great. You could not even hear the accent most of the time. He is one of the more soft spoken guys that I have spoken to, but he seems to be a solid young man and I enjoyed the interview.

He was born in Poland and adopted by American parents at the age of 13 thus the American name. I believe I read he didn't speak English, or at least English fluently until he was brought here. As for not being born here and wanting to join the FBI, the only job you cannot have in the government is to be president. If American citizens adopt internationally, in most cases the child automatically becomes a US citizen.
