Competition for two-deep roster should be intense this spring--here's hoping we can keep everyone healthy!!

Hope AK can lock down LG beside CK. would be cool to see brothers play beside each other on the line.

Think it would depend on the length of time Kelly were to miss. Lindsay has worked in there, as has K. Williams. Might be Steen if it were a season-ending deal early on.

I think Cristobal is going to do a very good job with this unit. We need to show up ready to go in those first two games. No time to get adjusted. Should be some intense competition in the offseason and fall camp.

Truth. I remember after the first game in 2011 against Kent State when we didn't rush that well, and everyone was freaking out. Oline always needs time to gel.

Insightful analysis as always; the anonymous five; the most important unit in football; they thrive and skill players collect numbers and ink. I wish there could be more public information (coaches grades on film, quality of execution of blocking assignments, least penalties, etc.) so that the general public could fully appreciate their performance (their defensive peers already have statistical recognition). This fall, do yourself a favor and focus more on o-line play, and not just follow the ball. This trenchwork is football more than an eighty yard bomb-although I love all Bama tds.
