Staff: 25 instead of 26?

Staff,
Would it be possible to elaborate a bit on what happened on NSD when we got 25 comitts instead of 26? With so many possibilities, it seemed to be a foregone conclusion that we would definitley ink 26. Had not seen anyting written about it and I was just curious. Thanks in advance.

Missing on Vanderdoes and Connor (sp?). Backcounter for next year which will essentially end up being Bozeman's scholly since he is gray shirting.

Still,astute question-I just think he did have the extra for one of the couple we missed on late and Saban's philosophy is that a nonproductive scholarship holder is worse than an empty seat.
So he'll hold it open until the right candidtae may come along,if he,or she (politically correct) does.

We were very confident on Connor till the last minute. Reed would have been 26 but he got tired of waiting and selected UF.
