The funny thing about the "TEs in motion" thing is that Trooper is basically saying "we understand that you don't want to block a DE straight up, and we acknowledge that you really can't, so instead, we will give you angles for chops or let you run a pattern during a draw play."
Any red blooded football player that took pride in their position should take Trooper's selling point as an insult. But maybe it's just me.
