We numerically can't win their rankings at this point. We are 700 points down, and a player is worth a max 300 points.

The problem is that their rankings are set up so that they basically just give points for every player up to 25, based almost solely on star value (the "bonus points" for a whole team is less than the value of a single player). So teams with more, though much lower ranked, 4* guys have a "better" class in their system.

Yeah we moved to 3rd. Its insane how they calculate. We have 14 Top 100 guys by their rankings. OSU has 8 and is #1 Michigan has 7 and #2. That's double 2 and almost double number 1. We also have 6 5*'s per them where OSU and UM both only 4. We finished with a total of 25 recruits, OSU 25, UM 27.

Our total points sits at 4865 and OSU at 5206. Makes no sense at all.

Silly rankings.

We do have the top class in the other 3, which is followed by most anyways.

As I said, it's because they don't distinguish between the top 4* and the worst 4*. Bateman, the #5 QB, 4*, is worth 216 points. Buchannon (MS commit), 4*, the #32 QB, is worth 189 points. Note that they don't do overall rankings.

Their system almost totally ignores everything but the star value of a player in the team rankings.
