Not many people can say playing in the bcscg was the worst thing to happen to them. Except for the lennay saga but he brought that on himself.
He is the current state of the proud Notre Dame football program. Glorious, as samp would say......
Im not saying he can be a 4.5-4.6 guy by any stretch but I will say when I went to camps and before the draft we get tested in the 60. I had run a PR of 6.6 on campus and had good times from home to 2nd as I had heard. When I got to tampa and ran for the Yankees I had a hard time getting loose and was kinda nervous I ran a 6.8ish. A variety of factors can play in as on campus was on turf in shorts and in tampa i was in full uni on the grass so that was probably the biggest factor. That said, running some times when your training with no pressure is different when the lights come on and your on the spot.
The ability to cope with and overcome adversity and to persevere given any circumstance is an intangible I expect an NFL team, coach, executive would covet...Te'o fails here and his fall since Jan 7th should be considered meteoric...
I would not touch him in the first round if I was drafting and probably wouldn't in the second.

Who, in the crazy world of the SID at Notre Dame, decided to push T'eo up as their "superstar"? SURELY there were/are more qualified, talented, capable, and mature Notre Dame football players on that roster? It makes no sense how the hyperbole just rolled so far out of control with him, and I wonder how it even got started in the first place...
I think MT needs to spend some time with this chick.
