  • Which board do we refer to as tos now? R*vals or Sc*ut?

  • Im not sure which OP was referring to, but rvls MB was absolutely full of bama hate. Oregon lovers are out in full force. It's pitiful.

Almost none of them think we have a chance at playing for the MNC

  • Tos is the Rivals MB. Everybody is just pissed because Alabama won't win their division. Hell one guy said if Bama plays LSU it will be the least watched championship in history.

They have the exact same impact on who goes to the Title game that Santa Claus does.

Ratings from the first game say otherwise.

True. I do expect, however, to start hearing more from the national media pushing Oregon or Oklahoma. Get ready for "If you can't win your conference, you shouldn't be in the championship game" and the like. Herbstreit recently has seemed to be pushing Oregon as well. He keeps talking about how Oregon is the most improved team in the country and that they aren't close to the same team that they were in Week 1. Unfortunately, guys like Herbie do have influence. I'm pulling for another loss by Oregon, just to be on the safe side. Tonight will make two times this year that I will have cheered for a team coached by Lane Kiffin.

I agree with you about what some of them will be saying but I think that there are many more who want to see the BCS in complete chaos and a Bama vs Lsu title game could do that. At the end of the day, each voter will have to ask themselves- Is the BCS designed to match up the two best teams in a bowl game or what they deem is fair?

Yeah. Herbstreit is going to be pushing Oregon hard, because he picked them to beat Alabama in the NCG in the preseason.

  • The one thing no one seems to mention is that LSU beat the ducks with Shepard & Jefferson suspended. Come on man!

I don't understand all of the "not winning your own division" argument. How may times does the basketball or baseball national champion win their division? If we had a legitimate post season i.e. A playoff this would be a non point. It is masqued hate against Bama. We are obviously one of the two best teams in the country. Anyone that watched the LSU/Bama game with objectivity could see that we were the better team that just didn't execute. /end rant

  • It's almost like people can't get accept the possibility that the two best teams in the country both reside in the SEC west.

  • Everyone that's NOT Alabama fans hate Alabama. They hate looking up on that Glorious mountain while we golden shower them.

Actually I think Santa has more impact.
