It would seem that Foster has more upside, but I am not sure if he is a better get.
Assuming we won't take both, I would hate to land Foster and him not make the grades, and lose Massington.
Not sure what the right answer is, but even if that did happen I guess we would free up another scholly for another stud.
I would take Massington. My concern of course is his knee.

Foster is the better prospect, but I do have concerns that he won't make the grades. Just watch both of their films, and you will see why Foster is rated higher as a prospect. There really isn't much film of Missington running other routes besides the go route; whereas, Foster as the agility and route running ability to have an immediate impact. Also, in the open field Foster>>>>>Massington by a large margin.
