Excuses, excuses. I work out all the time, until I reach muscle failure. It has never slowed me down running the forty or the mile afterwards. I think with all the money that's on the line in these stiuations. You put your money where your mouth is, and give it all you got. jmo

Definitely not as easy to do bench and then the 40 and position drills on the same day. At the Combine they are performed on separate days.
