Faster does not equal better. You could put eleven CB's on the field, doesn't make them a good Defense.

Don't argue with the 7105 kid. I'm pretty sure its the same idiot who called me out in preseason for saying I thought Aj would win the starting job. His reasoning that I was wrong...because I'm white and from mobile so I'm obviously racist and biased. He was later banned after flaming in another thread. I'm gonna go ahead just call it, the kid's a troll.

Anyone else notice the #3 and #6 rated cb's on that list were Dee and Fulton? Just marvel at how far this program has come under CNS in a few short years. Fulton is ranked 6th in his class with nominal playing time thus far, the depth of talent on this team is remarkable. Also, Bama's defense is better imo, but LSU may have more athletic "freaks" than we do, they don't play as disciplined though.

LSU has a couple of speed-rush DE's that set them apart from us and maybe 1 or 2 more play-makers in the secondary, Our LB's are definitely better. LSU has crazy athletes and that is why people are so in awe with them. Believe it or not though, they can be run on. I will take our defensive scheme over LSU's any day over the Chavis scheme (which is ok though).

Chavis is a joke, their coaching is why our D is better.
They are fast, because they have corners playing safety, safeties play LB, and LB's playing DE. That is not a great defense, that is someone trying just to get speed on the field. Will not help them when we pound the ball for four quarters.
