Nobody is torturing these kids into taking a greyshirt. If they want to go elsewhere and get a full scholarship then that is their prerogative.

I don'see any problem with it, especially in the cases of Bozeman and Love. Both were/are Bama locks from the get go and both were/are coming off major injuries. As long as the recruit is ok with it, what difference does it make?

Tell your buddy that in the SECCG, Bama had a walk-on who made a meaningful block on Jarvis Jones. If he challenges you on that, tell him it was on Lacy's first touchdown run.

I have a related question. A UGA buddy of mine says that we currently have 77 kids on scholarship. So, if we take 25-26 recruits, which is the number I believe we are projected to take, we will have 102-103 kids on scholarship. Obviously, that number is well over the 85 scholarship limit. Is my buddy right? This may be answered somewhere else, but I want to know how to respond.
