I have sent a request via e-mail three times since yesterday to have my screen name and e-mail for this account changed. I know the staff is swamped, can we get an update on where we are in the process of changing user names? TIA

I have sent a few emails as well. Can't even login anywhere but the CPU I'm on now. Very frustrating.
