They? As in here in the USA? This is Africa. They can charge you with anything regardless of your guilt or innocence.

What exactly is that supposed to mean? "This is Africa." If we were speaking about one of the third world countries at the interior, then you might have a point. But South Africa is completely different. Civilized, even. They even use guns instead of spears.
Besides, my original point to Chris was that it was glaringly obvious from all news reports at the time that the chances of it being an accident were very, very slim. Even moreso today as further information has come out.
