Were Ingram and Richardson physical run over u types

  • out of HS or did they turn into that type when they got to Bama? Lacy and Fowler are like that and I think Yeldon will be that way too. Thoughts?

  • Richardson was a "run over you type" out of the womb

I guess Shane thinks Yeldon will flip to Bama after he enrolls at Auburn. Brilliant. Sell those subscriptions, BOL.” - TIGER

This^^. His daddy's sperm broke 4 million tackles to get to the egg.

We ARE arrogant, we ARE better than you and Alabama IS the center of the college football universe. Get over it!

  • Trent gained over 400 yards twice in one season...he was an "everything" type

  • He would actually run around you, make a circle come back and run over you just to prove that he could.

  • Ingram was never really the run over you type. He had such good vision he didn't need to.

  • It's coaching & I'm going to kick your a$$ mind set that comes from Coach Saban. I'm sure Trent & Mark had some of that before getting to Alabama but it was developed because Coach Saban wants to intimidate & impose his will on teams & the only way to do that on offense is with a physical running attack. I doubt we ever see a RB play much at all under Coach Saban if that RB runs out of bounds & avoids contact.

Soooo.... You're trying to convince me we won't run the "break the huddle, little guy crouch behind the line, take the handoff, exhibit 4.2 40 speed and laterally sprint to the sideline" play? But, it's so entertaining to watch! Lol.

Trent could have went anywhere in the country and ran over anything...coaching him im pretty sure wasnt that hard, the guy was a freak out of HS and just kept getting better...Saban put him in the right positions and implemented him into a gameplan, but Trent is to Bama wat Cam was to Awbarn..Easy to coach because they are just that good. (difference between the two was if Cam wasnt at AU they would have been a run of the mill 7-8 win, we would still played in the NC game and prolly won)

I remember watching his highlights when we were recruiting him and in his highlights he never steered away from contact. Most of his highlight runs were in between the tackles, make a cut break a tackle, run to the endzone. Or at least that's the way i remember it.
