We're lucky Coach Saban takes the Norman Dale approach

When he told Jimmy Chitwood "...because that's what I believe, I'll tell you this. I don't care if you play on the team or not."
Julio said in an interview a year ago that when Saban recruited him he said something that no other coach said to him... "We're gonna win with you or without you" and it struck a chord with him.
Take that with what ESPN just said a recruit said about Saban and I love the "kind of person" we bring in to the program and love that the others don't want to come.

I've seen you guys can shoot but there's more to the game than shooting. There's fundamentals and defense.....
If you put your effort and concentration into playing to your potential, to be the best that you can be, I don't care what the scoreboard says at the end of the game, in my book we're gonna be winners.....
