Canceled with "Anna"

I asked for a refund (renewed 12/21/10) and refused the three month extension. My reason was based on J Lee's actions of outing Rivals customers with no interference from Rivals.com.

I told Anna to forward my note and had her to read it back to me. I told her that I would have continued to carry both sites had it not been for Rivals permitting Mr. Lee's actions (not completely true).

I feel better now and will +1 for everyone else on this thread as long as my votes last.

Cancelled my Rivals account today too.

LOL when I canceled mine last week( I continuously forgot) They told me that they would give me the account for free until some month in the future, and when I told her no just cancel it, she was genuinely confused as to why I wouldn't want to keep it open

That would be great. I'm not as creative as others on the board but Im all about dropping the hammer and following your's and others lead on this topic. Would love to get Blacklisted my last day at Rivals

They told me that they did not know if they could give me a refund or not. I reminded them that I had let my rivals account lapse because of J Lee's outing members of BOL on the Auburn site......and that they had promised me that they would get a handle on him. I told them that I was not giving my money to an organization that employed someone who, while representing Rivals and Yahoo, would get on the radio stating lies on the radio about something that I love. She (Anna) stated that she would have to send it higher. Got her name, a reference number and a statement that I would hear something in 24 to 48 hours from Rivals. I am not holding my breath on that statement but I feel so much cleaner after cancelling the account almost like I had stepped in dog poo and got it off of my foot.
