Time and resources? You click a link and walk away. The ratio you have to maintain is something like 0.3, which isn't unreasonably high. If they didn't have a ratio requirement, then people would be less likely to seed.

He downloaded 4 games before he understood how it worked, got cut off, and now he's bitter about it LOL.

I understand exactly how it works, and I'm not at all bitter. I just download games from other sites. My share ratings on games downloaded from other sites are all very high before I shut them down for TYT. You can't obtain those share ratings on TYT because you are competing with 50-100 other people seeding the exact same game, all attempting in vain to attain a share rating that for all practical purposes is impossible. The problem is compounded by the fact that everyone is scared to download a file that might damage their share rating.

As I explain earlier in the thread, but apparently you didn't take the time to read, I have shut down seeding all torrents except for my 4 precious TYT downloads. I have been sharing them non-stop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the time the files were downloaded - even through power outages. The highest share rating I have on any of them is .037. If a .037 sharing rating is all that can be achieved when the files are fresh, there is zero shot of these games ever getting to the magical .3 share rating threshold now that they are stale. I could seed these four files for the next 40 years and will never attain a .3 share rating. Not happening. The bottom line is that you can't force someone else to download files from your computer. For all practical purposes you have no control over your share rating.

If there are better sites to download hi def college football games please share, I've never found any others that are reliable.

I disagree you know exactly how it works because people, including me have been downloading from TYT multiple seasons without losing their privileges. If it was as impossible as you say the site would have died years ago. Really the only trick is getting on the games as soon as they go up so you can seed early. Because you're right once that window passes you can seed forever and never get a good ratio for that game.

But if you get in early on a popular game you can get > 1 or even 2 for that game which makes up for the ones that don't do as well.

ETA: Also check the settings of your BT client. If the ports and all that are out of whack it will really limit your ability to receive connections from peers to upload.
