I know about all the stuff surrounding the Jets, but his offenses were bottom of the barrel every year but one and that goes back to the Mangini era. I keep waiting to hear other football people back him up and say that they think Schott is a good offensive coach, but I have yet to hear that anywhere. He just seems very Shulaish to me at this point.
I really like Koetter, but want to know more about his recruiting abilities. I know that other coaches and "football people" really respect his offensive mind.
