Good point if I was arguing that transitive properties were worth anything. It's too bad that I'm not though otherwise the point you tried to make would be valid. I'm trying to point out that we have NO idea which game will be the toughest and it would probably be best to wait until the clock strikes 00:00 on the in Tiger Stadium tonight to start worrying about that.

Or I can let the players worry about that and continue to have hypothetical discussions on a football message board, which is sort of the point of this place.

I think you half way answered your own question here.. its not like Alabama will coast through this LSU game. We will get beaten up some and coming into a fast paced offense the next week will be taxing on our defense. I don't think aTm beats us but it does level the playing field some. They will play us when we are at our "weakest" point physically in the season.

Yes, LSU will be a tough contest tonight, not a gimme game by any stretch. You know the Coach, staff, and players have all hands on deck to go into Death Valley and play our style of disciplined, mistake free, fundamental football. No one is looking ahead, and we will win.

However buddy, this is a forum, and fans are..well fans. We can discuss any topic on here as we please and it will never impact the outcome of the game. Not tonight, not next week, not ever.

So thats why we can look ahead, and I completely agree that Texas A&M will be a tougher test than LSU.

Yea the tigers beat them 24-19, the Aggies also committed 5 turnovers while LSU didn't give up the ball once. They had more total offense by a good margin, they do play good defense and Johnny Manziel has grown up a LOT since and is playing football at a very high level. They're just a better team and its obvious when you get to watch each team play a couple times. It's just like that first game against LSU last year, we lost but everyone knew we were the better team.

They will be a tougher test, because they are a better team. The difference obviously being Mett compared to Johnny Manziel. Switch those two players and LSU is the better team, if you haven't noticed or haven't opened your eyes Manziel is the real deal and will give everyone in the SEC tantrums for the next three years.

With that said we do play a really good football team tonight, so Roll Tide lets get that W!
