Based on the two arrests ONLY I'd probably give him another chance. What he has been arrested for is pretty minor stuff. Now if he's known to be a bad influence, been in Saban's doghouse, etc. we should probably part ways.
Fortunately CNS doesn't care about rushing to judgement to appease the modern mob mentality. He will do what's right when he feels its the right time.
