I think the rule about recruiting the same player from two teams seems to be going away, IMO, for better or worse. Seems like it is happening often enough these days.

If a coach takes a lateral move to Washington, their school probably isn't as awesome as this guy wants to believe. I hate Cal. I hope all their top recruits go to UW.

Wow! He bettered his pay by getting his new employer to match the other offer. So evil! Never happens in the real world... Never!

As for recruiting players at the new school... happens all the time. Just ask Lance.

Don't hate the player hate the game. People's allegiance is gonna lie to whomever writes his/her paycheck. This "blogger" is just butthurt, he'll get over it. Didn't Cal go like 6-7 this year?

If Cal wanted his services bad enough, they should have paid him more. I cannot fault the guy for recruiting anyone to his new school. If he did tell a recruit that he was going to Washington while being paid by Cal and Cal thought he was remaining, that was just wrong.
