I would not...sunseri could get a better job next year...he could be the dc at bama....if I were in his shoes id stay with son. ...its only 3 years and he'd be helping his son develop...I don't get his decision

Vinnie is in good hands. Loves T-town and has a bright future on the number 1 team in the country. I also think he wants his Dad to be happy and successful. I wish Sal the best. Why are we so much more upset about Sal than Mac? The only reason is because it is UT and not somewhere out of conference.

Problem for Sal is Tennessee will be awful again next year and Dooley will be out of a job. I don't think his Defense will be looking great so it may not help his career all that much.

There is risk that UcheaT may continue to implode Sunseri or not but there is also risk that he would not be named the next Bama DC when Smart moves on. We don't know what was offered on Bama's side but I agree that he might harm his reputation by going to TN if they continue to do poorly. Of course conversely he could add to his resume if he goes there and they improve which they probably will.

You have to understand that these coaches did not grow up Bama fans and don't have that ingrained loyalty that we have. Its a job and he's been offered a better higher paying one.

Well if Dooley is gone in a year and Sal gets three years guaranteed he still gets paid and then can take another job and get paid. Two paychecks at a time is a great thing.

Sal has to do what's best for him and his whole family, not just Vinnie. It's not like he's abandoning a small child Vinnie is technically an adult. I'm sure it's cool to be able to be around Vinnie but that's not the only factor.

The orange and crimson don't mix thing is just silly. You can't expect a coach to be emotional about rivalries like we are. This is their livelihood, how they feed their families.
