Just said (after leaving Trent off his ballot) that in the biggest game of the year (lsu) Trent didn't show up. As he said it ESPN showed trent's 3 or 4 worst plays from the game. HE HAD AROUND 170 TOTAL YARDS! what the heck are these guys smoking?? Nobody else in the ncaa could do that against Lsu.

Trent was racking up the yardage. He shredded LSU on two straight plays for about 20-25 yards.
Unfortunately, Bama didn't stick with it.
I have a feeling the gameplan will be different this time around. At least, I hope so.

Agreed. I HATE when media talking heads, who PEOPLE STUPIDLY listen to like they're "experts" instead of "opinion givers", spout off stuff "they heard" like it's the gospel. Trent had nearly 170 all purpose yards against LSU, and I think that's more than ANY other single RB or receiver got against them all year long.
That guy, and everyone else who says "Trent didn't show up" deserves to have their media rights and their voting poll and Heisman voting rights revoked permanently, for it shows favortism and unwillingness to research WTH IS GOING ON!!!

He will always be regarded as one of the worst GM's in sports history, across all sports. So to listen and base your beliefs off of him, would be very unwise. No one that knows sports gives him a second thought.

The funny part about it is that Robert Smith used the LSU game as his main reason for voting Trent first on his ballot last night....somebody is an idiot.

What sucks is that I believe Trent was actually over 100 yards rushing that game and lost yards on a couple of carries at the end.

Actually TR had 192 all purpose yards. 169yrds from scrimmage + 23yrd kickoff return.
