Jesse has been a little banged up & like other posters have posted the DL was to maintain their lanes because if you give that QB a lane he will take off on you for a big gain. It will be different against pocket passers

The ut game will be a 40 point win & I doubt Arky is much of test.

Really liked how TJ and Fowler looked running the ball. Thought AJ was a little off but we didnt need him to win game. Oline did as expected and we do have the guys on the outside to be explosive. Didnt like the lack of pass rush but might have been game plan to contain denard?? Hate giving up few big plays as need to correct that before Arky as they can throw it. Dee M has def grown up as well. I wouls like to see the Kickoff in the end zone as there guy hit a few creases and could be gone. But overall couldnt be much happier to open up with a bunch of new guys on a big stage and play well. Also good to see so many guys get in game

I was a little surprised that Fulton was missing in action on D for most of the game. He played on ST, so it certainly didn't seem to be an injury issue. Fulton had been with the ones in dime and at the very least in the mix with the ones in nickel as well throughout fall camp. Maybe we used a little different lineup for this game just to get our best personnel in there to contain Robinson from running, but I was surprised to see Fulton not getting many snaps in dime.

He did. That's why his playing time was limited. And has previously been mentioned, our d-line (a) collapsed the pocket without letting DR run, and (b) gave them absolutely nothing running between the tackles.

Also, as has previously been mentioned, a good NT gets double teamed a lot. For tis reason, sometimes a NT can have a very good game even if you never hear his name called, because he's occupying two blockers, giving his teammates the opportunity to make plays.
