I hope he stays as far away from Clay Travis as possible. I can't stand that tennessee, defrocked lawyer, loser. Updyke needs to be keeping a low profile. He is going to get his azz hammered by the judge in Lee county. The thing is the 4 auburn football players, who robbed some young men in their home, will get a slap on the wrist. Such is the way of the fambly in Lee County.

I have no problem with Harvey Updyke getting punished for his crime. He should be made to pay for a replacement tree, but he does not need to be put in jail, especially if the auburn 4, who should get jail time, get probation. That is screwed up.

he f'd up and has a couple of loose screws and will pay for his crimes. but he's apologized. he regrets it. i've moved on. don't have a problem with harvey.
