Weed smokers? How bout the guys doing the dealing? Do you think the dealers only had weed in their posession? I think not.

All the more reason it should be legal. Good honest citizens who would rather loosen up after work without a hangover have to deal with potential scumbags, like that guy in this thread who bought a laced joint.

weed is usually the first drug a kid tries ,,then he stair steps ,,cocaine, meth,if that dont kill him then he signs up for welfare, foodstamps and disability ,,so all you dumb a$$ THAT THINKS ITS OK ,GO BUY YOUR KID A SACK

I drank beer and smoked cigarettes way before I ever tried weed. Pharmaceuticals are a way bigger danger to teens than weed. I actually had my drink spiked at a bar. Turns out the bastard put it in the wrong drink. If I hadn't have been with friends, I'd have been screwed. Imagine if he'd have put it in the right drink.

Exactly jcrock. I been working dope for 18 years. One thing I can say is I have never talked to a meth or crack user who didnt start out smoking weed. Studies also show that kids who smoke weed are like 70% more likely to do hard drugs than those that dont. Go ahead and give kids permission to smoke the stuff. Maybe you will be lucky enough that they wont be in rehab for other drugs a few years later. Oh by the way I guess Weed didnt have any adverse effects on the Honey Badger either did it?

What about kids who drink alcohol? Kids who smoke cigarettes? Kids with ADHD? Kids with bi polar disorder? How about kids who have tried any mind altering substance?

Its easy to pick on weed, because its the only thing people are trying to legalize. I've never seen a bumper sticker that said legalize it with a picture of a crack pipe.

I never said it should not be legal. I only said it is illegal right now so it is their fault for getting caught. I do agree with you though that making weed legal would help a little bit but the drug dealers would still be there selling harder stuff.

Now you are using "high" as a general term but we were talking about Weed. Having a couple beers after work sitting on my couch is not illegal. If a doctor prescribes a patient with something that is also not considered illegal. We are talking about an illegal drug that people continue to defend because it is a recreation that they choose to do. Like I said before, and if it makes me a simpleton so be it, weed is illegal and until it is not illegal I won't stand behind someone crying when they know good and well that what they are using or selling is illegal. The only reasons you are arguing Grand Slam are because 1. you are a user 2. you are a seller or 3. you are both. Simple logic from a simpleton.

The only reason you have against it is "it's illegal." You probably don't even know why it's illegal. You just tow the simpleton line of "it's illegal" and move on. I think those of us who are critical of the BS drug laws that mental midgets such as yourself defend out of stupidity are critical of them because we are smart enough to see lives are being ruined over something that shouldn't be ruining their lives. Most of us in this thread have smoked weed. Some probably still do from time to time. Should our lives have been ruined over it? Were we harming society? Were we harming you? The answers to those questions are all no.

I feel terrible for all of the kids involved in this. I feel bad for their parents as well. This will derail the lives of a lot of these kids that likely would not have derailed otherwise. They probably would have graduated, quit using drugs to pass a drug test to get a job, and most of them probably would have never gone back down that road again. This is just a needless event for a bunch of useless mental midget pigs who couldn't get real jobs to stick their chests out and feel a little better about themselves. Guess what? You're still poor, you're still a cop, you're still a moron, and you still couldn't get a real job.
